Thank you for considering Children's Place at the Plaza as your child care provider! The Center serves children and families of State employees, and the community at large. All qualifying State families receive priority enrollment.  

Our nurturing environment helps children learn to express themselves, develop curiosity, and become independent and self-disciplined.

We provide instructive child care for: infants (6 weeks to 18 months), toddlers (18 months to 3 years), and preschool (3 to 5 years). We also serve a healthy breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack! All meals are freshly prepared on site.

As a non-profit organization, we channel our proceeds back into our programs, facility and staff training. We try to keep costs as manageable as possible for parents, while still providing an excellent quality of care:

Infant: $396.47 per week
Toddler: $375.89 per week
Preschool: $350.16 per week

We do not offer part-time tuition rates or state employee discounted rates at this time.

We are proud community partners of City school of Albany and have both 3PK and 4Pk classrooms. We offer Extended Care hours for children enrolled in our UPK program.

We seek to begin school age vacation care and after school program starting Fall 2026. Please give us a call for more information.
