We are centrally located in downtown Albany, at the Empire State Plaza on South Swan Street (near Madison Avenue). We offer easy in/out parking, and are open all year from 7am to 5:30pm.

COVID-19 update:  We are not allowing any non-essential visitors into our program.  As such, we've put tours temporarily on pause.  We have a short virtual tour right on this website, which can at least give a sense of our physical space.  We are looking forward to resuming in person tours soon!
